Petrovich - A nice share app for N900

It seems like what Nokia forgot to implement in N900, a community member from Maemo.org did and now we have Petrovich. I must say a strange name for a sharing application, but it does the job. Basicly Petrovich for Maemo 5 is an application with an interface like a file browser which enables you to select and share images, documents and other files in general via email, Bluetooth and social networking sites like Facebook, Ovi and Flickr. An absolute must have on any Maemo 5 tablet including the Nokia N900.

Bounce Evolution available for Nokia N900

I have played this game before on my Nokia N97 and I liked it a lot, since there were not so many games out there that use the hardware like Bounce Evolution did. So when I spotted Bounce Evolution in my Nokia N900 Ovi Store account, I was more then happy and excited to download this game. After installing it and playing for a while, well what can I say it was pleasantly surprised to find out that on Nokia N900, Bounce Evolution simply rocked. Not only the gameplay was better, but the whole game was somehow responding to my actions more accurately. Also the levels were different and the interface was changed a bit.

Nokia N900 firmware update 3.2010.02-8.003

Another firmware update for the Nokia N900 was released today, February 16th and is available for download. The update is version 3.2010.02-8.003 and comes without any official change log. One thing I noticed after the update is that .deb packages can be installed right from the file manager.
